Whether you are a new, existing, or returning client, please use this link to access my calendar and schedule either an appointment or a free initial 15 minute phone consultation.
This will also be your portal to access all paperwork and attend any telehealth appointments you schedule.
Intake: What comes next?
If you are a prospective client requesting your free 15 minute phone consultation there will be only minimal information required from you in advance such as your name and phone number. Use the Simple Practice link above to see the available times for 15 minute consultation.

Every therapist requires consent forms be completed for each client they see. Sign in to the Simple Practice portal here to start the process. If you are a new client, you will be sent any necessary forms to complete electronically via the portal. You must complete all forms BEFORE you can schedule an appointment. Once you’ve completed your paperwork you may request an appointment at the link above.

If for any reason you are unable to complete your paperwork electronically please contact Andrea via phone or email and alternate arrangements will be made for you to complete the forms manually.
